Our class created standards based lesson plans to upload to the Pennsylvania Department of Education website. This website not only gives the standards that Pennsylvania teachers must follow, but lesson plans and materials as well. It is great for teachers because they can access lesson plan ideas that are aligned with the state standards and access the corresponding materials such as games and worksheets as well.The website is easy to navigate and access information on. Viewing lesson plans submitted by other people allows for a new way to look at teaching lessons. It is possible to find a new approach to teaching a concept or a great activity to go along with a lesson you already planned.
